About Kid’s Health from Nemours has a section for kids on mental health, friends, family, bullying, and many other issues facing kids. Includes movies, quizzes, and games.

Kids Help Phone is a resource for kids and teens who need information, advice, or just a listening ear. You can call the toll-free help line, chat online with a counselor, or browse topics in the “Info Booth”. Topics covered include bullying, relationships, LGTBQ, school, physical health, violence and abuse, family issues, and more. This service is completely free and anonymous.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health offers a Teens and Tweens podcast hosted by Avrum Nadigel, a family therapist practicing in Toronto. Topics include substance abuse, eating disorders, internet safety, and relationships of all sorts.

Kelty Mental Health out of BC has a section for youth and young adults with clear, easy to understand explanations of mental health issues and disorders.
